Our speciality cocktail selection has been
especially designed and draws inspiration
direct from the Silk Road. Cocktails include
Holy Shish (blackberries and mint muddled
with Zubrowka vodka, blackberry liqueur,
sugar and fresh lime juice) and the Apple
Mojito, made with fresh apple.
We offer tap beers as well as a wonderful
range of carefully selected bottled beers
from across the globe.
The Shish wine list caters for every taste
with a fine array of white and red wines
to choose from. Our wine list is categorized
to assist you when making your selection.
Our knowledgeable staff are also on hand
to assist you.
Should the mood take you we offer an assortment
of fine Champagne including Mumm Cordon Rouge, Perrier Jouet Blason de France Rose and for that special occasion the sought after Dom Perignon 1998 (available at Shish Old Street ONLY)
All our juices are freshly squeezed everyday
using only the finest ingredients. Our juice
selection includes; Orange & Pineapple,
Apple, Melon & Cucumber and our speciality
Mixed Vegetable (Cucumber, Celery, Carrot

Vivreau water is sold at £1.25 per
guest and is served on an unlimited basis
from our very own Shish branded bottles
or straight from long taps built into our
dining tables.
Our selection of coffee includes Espresso,
Cappuccino, Latte and Filter. We also offer
a range of teas including our own fresh
mint tea, Earl Grey and Breakfast.
