The early morning delivery of fresh produce
kick starts the day at Shish as our chefs
get on with preparation for the day ahead.
Our rigorous cleaning routine is completed
before the doors open for the day, the grills
are lit, bars replenished and service tables
set.
Once the doors open to the public we then
offer constant service all the way through
until we close and call last orders in the
bar.
Our seating is informal and guests are
welcome to experience Shish at their own
pace. Once orders are taken, dishes are
then prepared insight of customers and served
up swiftly.
Our selection of fresh juices is freshly
squeezed onsite and breads are baked in
the clay ovens throughout the day.
Guests are invited to take time to evaluate
the menu options with the flexibility to
order in stages as and when the customer
is ready.
Shish can be served in one of two ways;
as a wrap rolled with fresh vegetables in
a pitta bread or as part of a main meal
with a delicious side of your choice.
As the day draws to a close, the music
softens to suit the mood and guests are
welcome to enjoy Shish with a drink in our
comfortable bar area where they are free
to lounge.
