Kebabs are a much derided commodity but nothing beats some properly grilled lamb wrapped in fluffy bread. Thank heavens, then, for Shish, which after successfully launching in Willesden two years ago is opening a second branch in Old Street, Shoreditch at the end of June. This being Shoreditch, though, the drinks will be as important as the food, and there are some very tasty cocktails in the pipleline
