Hoxton’s latest opening, Shish, has
taken influence from the Silk Road not only
in terms of cuisine and design, but also
in its cocktail menu. Using fresh fruit
as the principle ingredient for many of
its concoctions, all the drinks sit perfectly
alongside spicy bar snacks and meals. THEME
particularly ravished Holy Shish (blackberries
and mint muddled with Zubrowka vodka, blackberry
liquor, sugar and fresh lime juice) and
the Applle Mojito, made with fresh apple.
